Set up a time to meet
Of course, this meeting will take place virtually. Our team of Mortgage Consultants is flexible and will find an option that works best for you. Most often a phone call will suffice, but video conferencing is a great option as well. The key idea here is that you get to know your Mortgage Consultant, ask any questions you may have, discuss your financial goals and learn what you should expect throughout the process.
There are many moving parts to the mortgage process. It’s important that during a time of physical distance, there is not distance in communication. Being in communication consistently with your Mortgage Consultant will prevent hiccups and give you peace of mind. This leads us to our next tip…
If your Mortgage Consultant reaches out requesting documentation or other necessities to keep your loan moving through the process, reply in a timely manner. This helps to keep everything on track so you can close your loan on time and with ease.
